What are the office hours?
Monday - Friday: 8am-6pm
Saturday: 8am-1pm
YOU CAN RENT OR PAY 24 HOURS PER DAY 7 DAYS PER WEEK ONLINE HERE.
What are the access hours?
When you store with us, you have access to your unit Sunday - Saturday 6am - 10pm.
What type of Self Storage units do you offer?
We offer self storage units in climate controlled and standard drive-up units. Choose from a variety of storage unit sizes.
How do I remove the overlock?
Go to DaVincilockrelease.com and pay your outstanding balance. Enter the serial code from the lock and recieve the unlock code. Return the lock to the green drop box on Building G, near the exit gate.
What security features do you offer?
Coded keypad entry, 24/7 video recording, and perimeter fencing. Inside the Climate Controlled Self Storage Unit building we offer well lit hallways with motion sensor ceiling lights.
Am I required to store long-term?
You are welcome to store your items long-term; however, this is not a requirement. We offer month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term (student rentals welcome). DURING PERIODS OF HIGH DEMAND WE MAY REQUIRE RENTALS OF LONGER THAN ONE MONTH.
How do I pay my self storage unit bill?
Pay your bill online using a debit or credit card. Stop in our office and speak with one of our expert self storage management team to set up autopay!
When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the first of each month.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You will need a government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
For the health and safety of you and all our customers and staff, you may not store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids (contact our office if you have questions).
Selecting the correct size unit?
We are available by phone or in person to help you select the correct size unit for your storage needs. You can also use our online sizing guide to help select the correct size unit. You are welcome to vist and view unit locations and sizes prior to renting. ALL UNIT SIZES ARE APPROXIMATE.
